Jodie Foster is most known for her work in the 1991 thriller "Silence of the Lambs," but she has certainly done so much more than this. She first entered show business at age three with a Coppertone commercial, and she had her first T.V. role at age five in "Mayberry R.F.D." Despite numerous T.V. and movie appearances, Foster finished her schooling and she even earned a degree in Literature at Yale University.
The magna cum laude/actress is famous for her work with Disney movies like "Freaky Friday," and "One Little Indian," and as the decades passed, Foster received recognition for more serious projects. Her work in "Taxi Driver" gave her an Academy Award nomination and with "The Accused," she eventually got her Oscar. Jodie Foster's work is quite diverse, and no matter what project she takes on, the results are definitely excellent.
